Wiki adoption[]

Hey there! I've been thinking of adopting this wiki as the admin hasn't been active for close to 8 years now, and the wiki needs a lot of admin work (themes, wordmarks, etc). I haven't posted a request to the wikia staff yet since one of the requirements of that is approval from the active users, and since you're one of them I'd like your opinion on the matter. Please leave them on my talk page, Thanks!

Thanks for your input. I admit that up to this point I wasn't aware of what constitutes as a minor edit and what doesn't so I apologize for that. Feel free to review my other edits, I'd be happy to talk it out if you have any further problems.

Re:Consecutive edits[]

I'm glad you don't see them as disruptive. I just feel a bit guilty since a page that should've been done in one edit ended up taking up 3 because I wasn't concentrating, haha. But yeah, I guess it's not a bad thing as long as it's not done too much.

Regarding the Levels/levels categories.[]

I only changed those to the upper case ones recently as there were only one or two levels per category set with the lower case l, with the rest either not having the category applied yet, or were with the upper case L. But also, the majority of the categories were created in title case already, so I was just making these few stragglers match the rest.

That makes sense, I don't mind helping out to change them all over to lower case. It would be nice if you could just change the actual category name and have it automatically apply to every page that has that category attached.

Access codes[]

Well I'll be, it does work after all. I guess we learn something new everyday. Still, I think it's best not to cram all those access codes on a single line. Having each one of its own line looks cleaner imo. If this is a feature that apply to all levels, maybe we should just make note of it in a trivia section for the Lemmings game page. If this is a feature exclusive to Diet Lemmingaid (or a few other specific levels) we can always note it in their page's trivia section too. Let me know what you think.

New Adoption Request[]

Hi, I was just curious if you know what happened as to why the wiki currently has no Admins?

I was planning on adopting the wiki but only because I have plans to update the Lemmings: The Puzzle Adventure-related parts of the wiki which is but a slice of the bigger Lemmings universe.

I can also help with revamping infoboxes, templates, the navigation bar, and maybe the front page- which is enough work to keep me busy with this wiki for a year maybe. But that is all I have planned thus far as I am more of an "I fix them when I encounter them" user. Really interested in being able to edit the entire wiki tho.

Let me know what you think.

Thanks!

Re: Infobox Feedback[]

Hi! We're not getting rid of `tribe` or `maxloss` and the current infoboxes used by Lemmings 2 levels will be left alone. It's just that we were designing a new infobox to try and simplify the differences-between-versions-display for the original Lemmings game. And because I based it off the existing infoboxes (that were designed for both Lemmings and Lemmings 2), I ended up copying both the `tribe` and `maxloss` parameters. So we're only getting rid of those 2 parameters for the new infobox design and nothing else.

Hope that clears things up.
